Owner must be present in the home during the grooming session. Some cats require extra hands during the first few grooms. The groom must take place on a hard floor, enclosed space. It’s best for the cat if the space is small, such as a bathroom.

I understand and agree to pay an extra $15.00 fee if my cat has excessive matting.

I declare that I have read this new client form thoroughly and I understand every question asked. I answered every question honestly and provided accurate information. I agree to the listed price for my service and understand that payment is due immediately after service. I understand that some cats may become aggressive or stressed during the grooming process and if the groomer doesn’t feel safe, the groom will end and 50% payment must be made. I understand that the groomer is not responsible for veterinary bills of previous injuries or illness. I understand that if the groomer is injured and it is found that the pet wasn’t vaccinated the owner of the animal is responsible for covering the medical bill
